The product is good quality (great quality for the price), beautifully personalised, looks adorable and is a great gift for young kids - or any age if you just want a teddy to cuddle. If this is all you are concerned about then look no further. I just have to speak about the seller's fantastic customer service! I was buying this for a work colleague who had just had a new baby for a secret santa hosted on the 28th Nov. I ordered it in the early hours of the 25th and was notified that the gift had been dispatched later that morning with due delivery the 26th. Got notified by the couriers on the delivery day there was an issue and it would actually arrive on the 29th (which was too late). Contacted seller and they apologised and sent another with next day delivery in the hope that one would arrive on time. Sure enough one of them arrived in the evening of the 27th - just in time. Bear in mind this is a personalised gift so cannot be returned and the seller sent me two with different deliveries just in the hope that one of them would arrive when I explained the situation. When buying just make sure to leave plenty of time for delivery - but know that, if there are issues, then you are in good hands with the seller!
